Are all items in stock or do I have to wait?
All items listed in store are here and ready to go, unless otherwise stated as been SOLD OUT. For sold out items there is usually a 1-3 week wait before stock is refilled.
How do I find a certain item on the site?
There is a search bar in the top right corner of the page, if you know what you are after type it in there. Or use the categories on the left and have a browse.
How can I pay for my order?
Paypal account, credit card via paypal (no account needed), credit card over the phone, bank deposit/transfer, and cash for pick ups.
Do I have to have an account for this website?
During checkout you will have to fill in your postage details, which will open a members account for you. Members have the benefits of permanent shopping cart ( items stay in cart until you clear or purchase ), not having to fill in details every order, order tracking and updates, and newsletter & product notifications, plus the added security of choosing your own pasword.
How much is postage?
Parcels are sent via Courier for $15.00 flat rate for any order.
We also offer Express Courier for $25.00 flat rate for any order, no matter how big or small.
During checkout you have the option to choose how you would like your order delivered.
How quickly do you post orders and how long does it take to arrive?
Orders will be sent via courier within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment.
Items are sent from Carina in Qld 4152, So arrival time is 3 - 7 business days after sending, except WA which can be up to 9 business days, from when order is sent.
Depending on where in Australia you are will depend on when your order arrives.
Express courier for next day delivery provided you are located within Australia's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network. Your parcel will be delivered overnight (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). This excludes rural areas.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns if the item/s is faulty or not as described. We do not accept returns for mind changes. Items to be returned within 7 days of receiving order, with return postage to be paid in full by buyer, or suitable photos emailed or texted through to show breakages.
Refund, exchange or store credit will be discussed at the time.
What do I do if part of my order is missing?
In the rare times an order is not completely filled please contact us straight away so the problem may be sorted asap.
The missing item/s can be posted straight away or a refund given.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available from our house located in Carina Qld 4152 during business hours.
Address details will come up during checkout.
Please note: We do not have a shop front, we are home based business.
You don't have what I am looking for. Can you get it in?
We have more than 300 different plaster shapes and packs listed, but have access to local suppliers so can easily order in what you are looking for. Please contact us with a list of items you are after and we will get a quote asap for you.
Can I place my order over the phone?
You can, but it is easier over the internet. We are not a storefront shop, so are not always able to be near the phone, and it saves time. You also have the permanent shopping cart and account so you can track the progress of your orders if bought online.
If I join the mailing list will I get heaps of junk emails?
No. We only send one email a month and it is full of info on new stock, sales and discounts, what is happening in store, and of course Coupon codes for you to use or pass on to family and friends. Worth getting, even if you only buy once a year.
